Marcella West is a New Zealand based author who writes stories about mystery, imagination, and the hidden forces that shape the worlds we think we understand.
Her work spans two very different story worlds. The Willow Creek Crew is a mystery-adventure series for young readers, following a group of friends who discover that their quiet town holds secrets older than anyone suspects.
Alongside this, Marcella writes speculative fiction for adults. Her novel Acceptable Harm explores the uneasy relationship between technology, power, and human freedom in a world increasingly shaped by systems designed to control risk and behaviour.
